I was lost.... but now I am found!

I know it has been a century since my last post... okay maybe not that long but longer than usual. I am not one to open my mind and let it flow through my fingers onto a blog post. Usually most of what I post are simply little updates on Kaden and the family. (That's all the grandmas care about anyway :) Today however, I have the simple need to let myself vomit into this post all the emotions and thoughts that have been Jill for the last few weeks. I have been scrambled between work and everything else and sometimes I just feel like I am lost between the cracks. Here are 10 things I know for sure.

10. Being pregnant is not easy for me. There is something about my body that absolutely revolts being pregnant. I can sleep 10 hours and feel like I have slept 10 minutes. Convincing my hand to bring food to my mouth is difficult, convincing my mouth to chew and swallow is yet harder and to keep food down is a magic trick I just haven't mastered yet. Everything on my body aches or hurts and my mental status... well to say it is lacking would be charitable.

9. I hate working for men. Okay not all men but certain ones. Is there something on my forehead that says "I am a woman therefore all I know how to do is mail insurance checks and hang up maps."?? There must be.

8. Chocolate ice cream can and will save lifes.

7. Life is just a combination of moments. The trick is to cherish the good moments and forget the rest.

6. Nobody can read minds. If anyone has learned that trick please teach me... on the other hand, please teach everyone around me.

5. I hate cars. I hate replacing them, I hate driving them, I hate paying to have them insured and registered. Why can't we all just fly?

4. Family is what gets you through everything. Without my family I would have given up a long time ago.

3. Zophran... amazing. David Archuletta.... Amazing.

2. I have the best husband and and son in the world. Lately I feel like they get what I call "leftover Jill". And believe me its no better than the zucchini casserole that's been left in the fridge for 10 days. Yet Chris continues to pamper me like royalty with a smile on his face... a genuine smile. Kaden seems to love me even though most of the time all the energy I have to play is used simply bending over to pick him up. And he continues to melt my heart by acting like a crazed monkey every time I come home from work. I can't wait to just stay home and be a mom and wife.

1. I am so blessed, I cant even begin to list all that I am blessed with. I know that there is a Heavenly Father who loves me and is somehow picking up all the pieces left at the end of every day and putting me back together.

I can so relate. And I did it 4 times....well 6 but anyway.
I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. Kids seem to understand though and they just adjust. It seems like you feel terrible forever but then you feel better and life is good again.
I loved that post. Hang in there!
