ACCOMPLISHMENT!!

Isn't it funny how little things are such a HUGE accomplishment!?! It never ceases to amaze me how proud I can be of the simplest action. It makes me wonder if Heavenly Father smiles down with satisfaction and pride when we say our first prayer, finish our first long division math problem or successfully change our first flat tire. I think at the top of my proudest moments in life is when Kaden looked at me and actually smiled, when Kaden became a bi-roller, and as of late Kaden falling asleep without being wrapped as a mummy. That's right folks Kaden can now sleep with out the bindings of a blanket. A few nights back Chris walked in his room and Kaden was unwrapped and snuggled up to his bear fast asleep. It was the cutest thing ever. It melted my heart in an instant. I've decided that my heart is forever in the hands of this tiny little baby who now not only rolls two ways but also sleeps free of wraps. :)

And a few other fun pictures.....

A few nights ago I was finishing up some laundry. I unloaded the dryer and placed all the clothes on the living room floor. Kaden was sitting across the room playing with toys. I left the room to grab a few things, and when I came back Kaden was missing. I had a slight moment of panic as I searched to find him. Moments later I heard some laughs and coos from the pile of laundry. Kaden had rolled his way right into the middle of it all. And was having a ball. :) Funny baby.

I just love this picture. Chris is the best daddy ever and Kaden adores him. I am so glad I decided to marry such a good man and my best friend. It has been the best decision I have ever made in my life time.

Well Kaden has started to take baths in the big tub because he just doesn't fit in the little tub anymore. HE LOVES IT! He could sit in there for hours and be happy. He especially loves rubber duckys. The first time he took a bath at home Chris decided he would squirt him to see he reaction. After watching the video below I think you'll agree he found it hilarious! Anyway, that's the new fun update. We love you all.

Christmas

Hello to all. As we look back at this last year it is amazing at all that has happened! How very blessed we have been. When I look at my 7 month old monster that last year at this time was moving just as much but inside me, I am overwhelmed with gratitude towards my Heavenly Father for what an amazing life he has blessed me with. This year has been full of laughs and tears and we have traveled down the bumpy road that is life.

Kaden was 7 months on the 30 and he really is my little angel. His new trick is sitting all by himself. He also gets around quite well now with his rolling skills. He constantly is making us laugh. He loves Bob the Builder and as soon as he hears the opening song he gets a big smile on his face. He also is like Pavlo's Dog and salivates at the sound of a bottle being shook. He looks around the room and isn't content until he has laid eyes on the bottle. He looks just like Chris and I couldn't be happier to have a little Chris.

Chris continues to be my rock and my best friend. He is the best daddy around and I feel bad for any mom who doesn't have a helper like Chris. He still continues to get up with the baby so I can sleep and when I come home from work he has the house cleaned even though I know he has hours of homework to do. What a sweetie!

Here are some pictures from the Holidays!

This was Christmas day. Kaden had the flu, this was just moments before he puked everywhere.

Opening Kadens first present, he liked the shiney wrapping most!

Kaden, Grandma Webre and Great Grandma Sharp

After Christmas Shopping, Kaden was feeling the Christmas Spirit.

Grandma Clayton bought this stylish new outfit for Kaden!

I love these two boys! They are my world!

Claudia came to give Kaden a hug and he returned the favor by spewing not only down the front of her but also in her hair and mouth. And she still loves him.

Getting ready to go play in the snow!

Kaden loved the snow. But it did get a bit cold for him even in all of his layers!

Hope you all have a great 2008!
