Every Little Piece!

I was sitting on my bed tonight with Kaden. As I was playing with him I was overwhelmed with how much I love every tiny little piece of this little baby. So this is a tribute to my tiny little perfect angel.

Bright little eyes are filled with such wonder, and lashes incredibly long.

Little sweet nose so perfectly placed on a face that could never do wrong.

Beautiful smile with 2 little teeth that can easily melt any heart.

Small little ears that miss not a sound and lead to mind that's so smart.

Innocent face and dimples so large that simply say I LOVE YOU!

Busy quick hands that never are still with so much exploring to do.

Round little belly so soft and so fair that always wants something to eat.

Chubby thick thighs I can't help but squeeze help make little baby complete.

Ten tiny toes on two tiny feet with many places to see.

One perfect body I love and adore. My baby he always will be.

Kaden Footage

Okay due to demand for Kaden footage we have taped a little bit of the latest. Kaden is on the brink of crawling. However he has his gears stuck in reverse. He gets up on his knees and hands and then pushes himself...... backwards. It is actually quite funny. Also I included some footage of his first official basketball uniform. Unfortunately even though it is a 18 mo outfit and he is is only 9 mo I have a feeling it wont fit him by the time it warms up. :) Yay for BIG Babies!!

VALENTINES DAY

Everyone always wants to know "what you did" for Valentines day. I knew that Chris had put mounds and mounds of thought and planning into this day so I took a camera along with me to document the day with pictures. Needless to say he did an AMAZING job!!! What a wonderful husband I have. I just can't believe I was the LuCkY one to get him!!






The morning started with me waking up to a dozen roses and a card laying next to me on my pillow. ( It was a great way to say good morning)



After I got up and got ready for the day, Chris chauffeured me to work. We made a stop at Carls Jr. for breakfast... (I can't get enough of their sour dough breakfast combo.)









What a sweetheart..... a beginning to a great day!



Once I got to work the party started. This is my friend Sarai at work. She was kind enough to send an email to the entire company telling me happy birthday.


Truthfully I spent most of work taking pictures and continually clearing off my desk that kept piling up with an assortment of things.


So I did what any reasonable person would do, I called it a day! Chris came and took me to...


YUMMY!!!! We only had to wait in line for about 25 minutes. (Not bad for the Cheescake Factory on Valentines Day)

Once we got seated and presented with the 15 page menu we ordered the following.
1. Appetizer: Crab and Cheese Wontons ....my FAVORITE
2. Raspberry Lemonade
3. Rigatoni
4. Crusted Chicken and Pasta
5. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cheescake. Wow~ for anyone wondering it was awesome.








We loved the meal, but mostly I just loved being able to spend the day together. My Fabulous mother took Kaden for the day. Thank you Thank you!

I also got the following presents. (Being my birthday you knew that was coming)
This awesome Green purse
A beautiful new CTR ring
A workout program I have been begging for
And an all day full treatment pamper care package.
(Yes he spent about 4 times more than he sould have)

After lunch we went and saw the movie Definitely Maybe. I am still deciding on my final verdict for the movie. But it was definitely a Chick Flick with a love story.

Yes that is right your eyes don't decieve you. We did make a short stop to the emergency room. But no worries all was well. :)

I dont know what these faces are.. but they make me giggle so I thought I would share.

The finale of the night was a dinner play at the Desert Star Theater. The play running was My Valley Fair Lady (spoof on my fair lady). It was hillarious. We laughed so hard. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys food and comedy.

All in all it was one of the best days ever. Chris did this all by himself and it was all a surprise. What an amazing man. Yay for Valentines Day and Wonderful Husbands.

-Oh and I couldn't leave out my Valentines Present to him!!

Baby Clothes

I Love baby clothes. Yesterday I spent hours just looking at baby clothes. Kaden needed a Sunday outfit for church and this is what we picked out.

I LOVE FRIDAYS!!

I can't begin to describe how much I love Fridays! Friday is great for many reasons. One reason is that it means I have a 2 day break from work. Another reason, it means I have successfully made it through one more week of what generally proves to be madness. My most FAVORITE reason, however, is that it is the one night Chris can take a break from homework and we can just spend time as a family. (I think Kaden prefers this night too :) Chris is working so hard in school that most of the time I am in bed hours before he finishes. But Friday nights he is so good to put it all aside and just spend time with us. (It helps that he doesnt have class the next morning or any homework due)
Tonight we experimented with a new food item for Kaden, Bannana Cookies. Needless to say he LOVED them but they made a disasterous mess everywhere. We had cookies all over the floor, his face, his hands, and his clothes it was great. This video is of the end results ( this was after many wipes with the washcloth). I also included some video of Chris playing with Kaden. I love watching them together. It cracks me up that every time Kaden laughs he pulls his hands up to his mouth!

CONRAGTULATIONS!!!! Chris recieved his first official job offer today in Chemical Engineering. We are so excited. This new co-op is more than we could have prayed for. Not only does Chris get to work in his desired feild :) BUT he also doesnt have to move to some crazy state this summer for an intership. We live within 20 minutes of his new job. He has worked so hard for this and I am so proud of him. We are so thankful for Heavenly Fathers hand in our lives!

CONGRATULATIONS HONEY! I love you so very much and I am SO PROUD OF YOU!
